How is a gift certificate delivered?
Instantly. As soon as you check out, the certificate is emailed with its redemption code — ready to print, wrap, or forward straight to the recipient.
Can a gift certificate be used on any tour?
Yes. A dollar-value certificate goes towards any Two Feet walking tour at checkout. A certificate for a specific tour is set up for that experience — but if the recipient would rather do a different one, just email us and we'll swap it. Either way, they choose their own date and time when they're ready to book.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Every gift certificate has a 7-character redemption code (letters and numbers, e.g. V1V3XJ0). Select the tour your certificate is valid for, choose a departure date and time, and enter your code just before payment — the voucher value is deducted automatically. Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from purchase, in accordance with Australian law, and are not refundable for cash.
Are gift certificates refundable?
No — gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash. They are valid for three years from purchase (in line with Australian law), so the recipient has plenty of time to choose a tour that suits them.
