Trade & destination management
Trade-ready since 2007
Two Feet & a Heartbeat is Perth's most awarded walking tour operator, trade-ready since 2007 with full Rezdy connectivity for commissionable bookings. Retail products are available at net rate with real-time availability and instant confirmation via Rezdy; private and group programs are quoted on application. Destination management services include step-on guiding, custom itinerary development, and large-group program coordination.
Net-rate, commissionable, live in Rezdy with real-time availability and instant confirmation. You set your retail and keep the margin.
Step-on guiding, custom itineraries and bespoke multi-element day tours for your inbound clients — quoted on application.
The commercial model
We offer tours at a net rate, not a commission on the retail price. Our prices include food and drink we pay venues for, and those inclusions are non-commissionable — so commission applies only to the experience margin. You set your own sell price and keep the difference.
Most retail products are bookable through Rezdy with instant confirmation; private, group and destination-management programs are quoted on application.
Worked example — a $65 tour
Illustrative, based on a 15% commission on the commissionable amount. Net rates are set per product — ask us for the current trade rate sheet.
Beyond a booking
Our in-house destination-management function packages experiences for inbound agents and MICE clients — from a step-on guide for your coach to a full bespoke day.
A Two Feet guide hosts or joins your coach for a live, on-the-ground commentary — $350 for two hours, any group size, guide only.
Bespoke multi-element day tours — for example Fremantle plus Rottnest Island via a partner and ferry — built around your clients' interests.
Coordination for groups up to 250, with multiple guides running parallel experiences when numbers need it.

Trade questions
Net rates, Rezdy connectivity and group programs.
Dress for the weather and for comfort — sensible shoes recommended. For tours visiting licensed venues, smart casual is the go.
Children over 8 typically enjoy Fremantle Convicts & Colonials, the Coffee, Culture and Art tour, and Perth's Premier Pathways — and for private groups, the Perth and Fremantle scavenger hunts are particularly fun. Children under 8 may find the distances challenging. With prior notice, private tours can be modified to suit children. Some tours are adults-only — including Crimes of Perth, Crimes of Fremantle and the East Perth Cemeteries tour (16+) — and tours visiting licensed venues aren't suitable for minors.
Yes! Two Feet tours are designed to appeal to all ages and demographics — we regularly host small children, seniors groups and everything in between. We've guided thousands of locals, interstate and international guests over the years, and they all love our tours. You will too.
Yes. Several Two Feet tours are designed specifically for the evening. Crimes of Perth is a 90-minute after-dark tour of Perth's criminal underworld, departing in the early evening. The Fremantle Food and Bar Tour and the Progressive Dinner both run as evening experiences. The Perth Gin Distillery Tour visits a working gin distillery after hours. Check individual tour pages for current departure times — evening departures are clearly listed in the booking calendar.
Yes. Two Feet regularly hosts international students and can arrange group bookings for university and language school groups. Most public tours are suitable as a general introduction to Perth and Fremantle history, culture and food. For larger student groups or study-tour programs, custom programs can be arranged — contact us to discuss your group size, budget, and learning objectives. School and student group rates start from $15 per person.
A Two Feet gift certificate lets the recipient choose any tour — so a Perth local or repeat visitor can pick something they haven't done. The most popular choices for locals and repeat visitors are Crimes of Perth (a dark-history tour most locals don't know exists), the Whisky & Gin Tasting Tour, and the Progressive Dinner (a guided evening across three top Perth restaurants). Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from purchase, available to buy online, and delivered by email.
