About Two Feet & A Heartbeat

Perth’s Top Rated Walking Tour Company Since 2007

About Two Feet & A Heartbeat

#1 tour company since 2007

Our Story

Two Feet & a Heartbeat began in the time-honoured tradition of scribbling an idea on the back of a coaster at the pub.

Two friends, who had both spent many years travelling, realised that some cities were harder to get under the skin of than others, especially their home town of Perth.

There were stories waiting to be told and places waiting to be explored. A few months after that fateful night at the pub, Two Feet became the first walking tour company in Perth.

If you are participating in a tour that visits licensed venues, we recommend smart casual dress.

  • Don't be late!

We ask that all guests please arrive 10 minutes early – our tours depart on time and once it has, our guides turn their phones off so it can be difficult, if not impossible to catch up.

  • Where does my tour start / How will I find the guide?

Your guide will be waiting in a bright red shirt. The guide will be on the lookout for you as much as you are looking for them. Each Two Feet tour has a designated start location. Check which tour you are booked on for the exact start location.

  • Children on Tour

Tours which children over 8 years may enjoy include: Fremantle Convicts and ColonialsPerth Coffee, Culture and Art and Perth Arcades and Laneways.

For private groups – Scavenger Hunts in both Perth and Fremantle are particularly fun.

Children younger than 8 years may find the distance covered in these tours challenging and the content less interesting than older children who, if local, have covered some of the commentary at school.

Subject to prior notification, private tours may be modified so the content and inclusions of some tours to accommodate children. Please contact us for details.

Unfortunately some of our tours are not suitable for children – these include our Crimes of Perth Walking Tour (due to the adult nature of the content covered) and Eat Drink Walk Bar Tour – some licensed venues are unable to accept people under 18years, even when accompanied by a legal guardian.
