Two Feet | COVID-19 Risk Assessment – What our customers, staff and business partners need to know.

Based on this current Australian Federal Government advice, we will continue to run tours for small and private groups comprising of individuals who confirm they do not fall into any of high-risk categories.

We will contact all customers who have bookings from Monday March 16th to Wednesday April 15th inclusive to advise them of safety measures and provide options for rescheduling if required.

Current advice (here) suggests that unless you are in one of the particular target groups, there is no need to avoid normal activities.  We are encouraging you to help prevent the spread of the virus by improved hand hygiene, covering your cough and sneezes, exercising personal responsibility for social distancing measures while on tour and, if unwell, not attending your tour.

These short-term changes will have a severe impact on our business; however, the health and well-being of our customers & staff remain a priority. Two Feet’s response to this public health issue will be updated as circumstances change.

Australian Federal Government advice (March 15th, 2020) regarding the COVID-19 virus to and relevant action to be taken protect people most at risk and slow the rate of community transmission include:

  • Non-essential organised gatherings should be kept to fewer than 500 people
  • Non-essential meetings or conferences of health care professionals and emergency services should be limited
  • Reconsider if you need to visit residential aged care facilities and remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • From midnight Sunday 15 March, all travellers coming into Australia will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.

As always, we are here to help and answer any questions you might have.  Please contact us directly using the details below should you have any questions.
